**Responsibilities**:

- Eyewear Styling Consultations_: Conduct personalised consultations with clients to understand their style preferences, lifestyle needs, and vision requirements.
- Frame Selection_: Assist clients in selecting eyewear frames that complement their facial features, personal style, and prescription.
- Fashion Expertise_: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends in eyewear and provide expert advice to clients on frame shapes, colours, and materials.
- Lens Recommendations_: Collaborate with opticians to recommend lens options that best suit clients' visual needs and lifestyle activities.
- Customer Experience_: Ensure that each client receives an exceptional and memorable experience by providing attentive service, building rapport, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Product Knowledge_: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and brands carried by Fairbairn Opticians, including their features, benefits, and technological advancements.
- Visual Merchandising_: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organised retail space by arranging eyewear displays, updating signage, and showcasing new arrivals.
- Training and Education_: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Administrative Tasks_: Complete administrative duties such as processing orders, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records accurately.

**Qualifications**:
Minium grade C in GCSE Maths and English.

Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Passion for eyewear fashion and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.

Basic knowledge of optometry and prescription lenses is a plus.

Computer competent.
