**Position: Administration Assistant / Receptionist (Full-Time/Permanent)**
**Essential Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience dealing with members of the public face to face and by telephone.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Good organisational and time management skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a ‘can do attitude’
- Eligibility to work in UK
**Desirable but not essential**:
- One year’s previous experience in an administrative role within a professional office environment.
- One year’s previous experience in a receptionist role within a professional office environment.
**Location**:
Head Office, 74 Scarva Road, Banbridge, Co Down, BT32 3QD
**Duration/Hours**:
This position is full time and permanent working 40 Hours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
