We partner with different universities across the country to deliver our students the best learning experience from foundation programmes through to postgraduate degrees in city centre locations across the UK.If you are someone who can lead, manage and develop a multi-site, channel or cross service line sales team to deliver stretching objectives and key results, whilst also contributing to overall sales strategy and key projects we would like to hear from you **About the Role**
- Leading teams across multiple territories and/or service lines to deliver annual objectives and targets.
- Analysing market place trends, competitive risk and customer strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and/or influencing teams’ learning culture to maximise buying decisions and outcomes
- Proactive contribution to new product development and strategic recruitment objectives.
- Leading on key strategic projects that influence the sales approach and outcomes across QAHE.
- Coaching and developing sales managers and senior individual contributors to enhance their productivity

**About You**
- Track record of achieving stretching sales targets and developing talent
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to drive value adding propositions
- Highly business orientated decision-maker
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
- Experience of developing a performance-led culture
- Detailed understanding of QAHE recruitment solutions and a good awareness of the external market in which QAHE operates
