The Best Connection are currently working on an exciting role for an **Administration Assistant** to join one of our clients in the **New Mills** area on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a chance to join a company who are very well known in the Engineering industry. Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given.

**Your main day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Answer and route calls using a multi-line telephone system
- Greet guests and vendors
- Support with catering for customer visits and internal meetings
- Sort and distribute daily mail
- Manage office supplies and general admin tasks
- Control of fleet management with regards to booking and recording of vehicles, including organising MOT’s, service visits and vehicle related issues
- Order and distribute company work wear
- Calm, reliable and trustworthy
- Have a positive and can-do attitude
- Able to multi-task and work under little supervision
- Customer service experience preferable but isn’t necessary

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm with a 4.00pm finish on a Friday.
