We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator, you will be working alongside highly experienced colleagues within the construction industry.

Day to day activities involve:

- Filing and organizing day-to-day paperwork.
- Assisting office management with any Tasks.
- Assisting with any Staff or HR-related queries.
- Assisting with payslip queries.
- Updating all social media platforms.
- Assisting with timesheet queries from workers/clients.
- Dealingwith general office admin.
- Posting jobs on relevent job boards
- Working on a CRM system 'Bullhorn'
- Adding client information into the system.

You Must:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
Previous experience within a similar role (1-year minimum)
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills both written and verbal
