**The Role**

In this busy role as the Health & Safety Administrator, you will provide support to the Health & Safety Manager for Northern Europe and the UK Health & Safety Advisor. Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly checks that Health and Safety audits and inspection reports have been received from across the Group and filed on the system, actions have been closed out.
- Chasing Safety Champions for any outstanding actions.
- Update monthly accident/incidents/near miss spreadsheet, lessons learnt board and collate the statistics from across the group.
- Administrator for all near misses and incidents.
- Update the intranet with anything related to Health and Safety.
- Administrator of the IHASCO On-Line E-Learning Health and Safety Training Platform.
- Responsible for booking of Health and Safety courses and sending out invites.
- Produce monthly statistic reports.
- Administrator for Legislative Compliance Risk Register.
- Manage H&S certifications and accreditations for the company.
- Administrator for Health and Safety training matrix and associated records.
- Administrator of supporting documentation for ISO 45001.
- Compiling monthly Health and Safety Newsletter.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for Health and Safety Manager - booking flights, hotels etc

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is experienced in a coordinating role including scheduling, organising and planning of specific activities across multiple business units. Other skills and attributes required:

- Experience in organising back office support and development and maintenance of management systems.
- A Level / NVQ Level 3 and above. Maths and English - GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider business.
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Experience working with Google Suite/Word/Excel/Power Point would be advantageous.
- Attention to detail when analysing data.
- Good Team Player and a willingness to co-operate with others.
- Hold a full UK Driving licence and have your own transport.
