Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with expertise in channel management? I am seeking a talented Senior Channel Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing team. As a leading provider of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, they are committed to protecting clients' critical assets and ensuring their digital resilience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and optimize channel partner network, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and recruit top-performing channel partners, fostering strong relationships and providing necessary support to maximize their sales potential.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop joint marketing and sales programs that generate demand and increase partner engagement.
- Train and enable channel partners on product portfolio, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively position and sell our solutions.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
- Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of revenue targets within the channel sales segment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in channel sales management, covering EMEA, ideally in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
