Street, United Kingdom Clarks Full time

**The role**

As a Finance Administrator you will be working within the EMEA Credit team. This role is vital to ensuring the success of the Credit Team. You will Support the team by being the main point of contact for the Account Set Up process, liaising with our Sales, and Customer Operations Teams across Europe to ensure all New Accounts are opened in accordance with the Credit Policy. You will also assist with Export documentation to enable the business to trade effectively with it’s partners.

Creating and maintaining a wide variety of reports in Excel to assist with Month End and the monitoring of weekly Key Performance Indicators means your day will be varied. One day you could be issuing statements to our Customers on a fortnightly and monthly basis and copy invoices as requested. The next you could be learning Credit Control of our Franchise and Buying Group Ledgers.

It’s an opportunity to shape our future and build your skills, working on all kinds of projects. What’s more, you’ll benefit from cross-departmental training that can really boost your CV.

**A bit about you**

To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong attention to detail and be a great team player. We’re looking for motivation, drive and the will to progress: a hunger to learn and make a positive impact. You should also be organized, good with people and give great customer service. Add sound IT skills and GCSE Maths and English, and who knows how far you could go?

**About Clarks**

Clarks, based in Somerset, England, has been at the forefront of innovative shoemaking since its foundation in 1825, when brothers James and Cyrus Clark made a slipper from sheepskin off-cuts. At the time it was ground-breaking: a combination of invention and craftsmanship that has remained at the heart of what the brand does now. In the Clarks archive of more than 22,000 pairs are shoes that have sparked revolutions and defined generations. From the original Clarks Desert Boot, first designed by Nathan Clark and launched in 1950, to the iconic Wallabee, each design has an instantly recognisable signature that makes it unmistakably Clarks.

This season, we’re proud to introduce the Clarks Collective: five incredible activists championing authentic social change. From mental health awareness and LGBTQ+ rights to greater racial equality, these trailblazers are committed to creating a brighter future for us all - bringing to life Clarks’ new global campaign, For the World Ahead. Through spotlighting their stories and supporting their chosen charities and initiatives, we’re ready to lead the way. After all, we’re originators, not imitators. It’s who we are, who we’ve always been. And to change the world of tomorrow, we’re doing things differently today.

**We love hearing from great people**
- Clarks International believes that the principle of equality of opportunity is fundamental to the company's operations. Our long held aim is to provide just and fair treatment for all employees.
