**Job Title**:Internal Sales

**Location**:Hayley Gloucester, Unit B2, Nexus Court, Gloucester Business Park, Hurricane Road, Brockworth, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL3 4AG

**Working Hours**:40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Working within internal sales, your main responsibility will be to support and assist with customer enquiries, which will involve raising purchasing orders, ordering components and resolving queries.

These roles are suitable to those working currently within sales or an engineering environment; however, the role is also suitable for those looking to start a new career. Full training will be provided on our full product range, as well as Hayley’s bespokecomputer software.

Main duties and responsibilities for the Internal Sales roles will include:

- Processing and raising purchase orders based on customer requests and enquiries.
- Sourcing prices for products and delivery costs from suppliers.
- Preparing quotes for customers based on their individual requirements.
- Learning how to use Hayley’s bespoke IT system and the company’s product range.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks, including booking in products and raising customer invoices, as required.
- Enthusiastic, keen and willing to learn new skills.
- Previous experience of working within an engineering environment would be advantageous, however not essential.
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills, as well as good numerical skills.
- Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
- From 23 days annual leave (plus public/bank holidays) increased with length of service
