My client is a national, Chartered Wealth Management Firm with a proven acquisition strategy that is looking to add a Mergers and Acquisition Executive to their successful M&A Team.

Year 1 - £2-6K
Year 2 - £5-15K
Years 3 - 5 - Package Value - £100K+
**Role Summary**
Responsible for sourcing growth opportunities by engaging with business owners who are exploring the next phase of their growth and potential sale of their business.
Act as the initial point of contact with business owners and support the wider team throughout the acquisition process.
This role is a mixture of sales, strategic data analysis, client relationship management and board level reporting. The successful applicant will structure their workload to involve office based analytical work, internal pipeline meetings and external lunches/meetingswith potential acquisition targets across the UK.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
An understanding of the financial advice space, regulatory environment and investment management processes and systems would be useful but not essential.
A good analytical mindset, with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure when required.
The ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
The ability to present information and results to senior management in a concise and consistent manner.
Experience in a results driven environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
**Qualifications**
Degree level (or equivalent) of either undergraduate or post-graduate qualifications are essential.
Subject areas related to finance are useful but not essential.
