**Position Overview**:Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our team in Birmingham City Centre. This exciting role involves working in a versatile classroom environment, supporting students and teachers in their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement tailored learning strategies.
- Support students in their social and emotional development.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a versatile classroom setting.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or child development are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with students of different ages and abilities.
- Knowledge of Birmingham's educational system and curriculum is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
