**Role**:
As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will involve identifying potential opportunities, establishing contact, and nurturing relationships with new trade customers. Additionally, you will maintain rapport with existing accounts within your assigned region. Providing exceptional customer support is a key aspect of this role, and you will be supported by our dedicated trade and manufacturing team.

This position demands strong communication skills, both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions, as well as a keen eye for detail. We are deeply committed to our customers, and our employees consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the window blinds or curtains industry is essential to hit the ground running. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success

**Compensation Package**:
The compensation package includes a competitive salary with commission, a mileage allowance, company mobile phone, and tablet. You will work from home and receive 28 days of holiday entitlement, including public holidays.

You must have your own transport and hold a valid full UK Driving Licence.

You will report to the UK Sales Manager.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
