Office Administrator/receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Office Administrator to join us at our office in Hale village, supporting our friendly team of Estates Administrators. You’ll be a key part of the administration team, handling a wide variety of office and administrative duties, responsibilities including but not restricted to:
- Reception duties - responsible for initial call and intercom response
- Handling calls from property owners, tenants, contractors and service providers
- Directing calls & taking accurate messages
- Handling incoming & outgoing post
- Assisting with mail merges
- Key management
- Following up with contractors
- Scanning, copying and saving documents
- Other administrative support and general office duties - role will develop according to experience
**Requirements**:
- Proven administrative experience
- Personable, with a professional telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active approach
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Keen attention to detail
The role is office based (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday)
Benefits include: pension, bonus scheme, regular social events and a holiday entitlement which increases with service. Salary is dependent on experience.
