Patient Services Administrator

**Eastwick Park Medical Practice** currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motiviated individual to join our patient services team. The post we are looking for would be 32 - 37.5 hours per week split across Monday to Friday
The role will provide support to the administration and clinical teams in delivering high quality patient care and making a positive difference to the patient experience.
You will benefit from training and the support to develop expertise across all aspects of primary care administration. As you progress, we would hope you will be willing to table on further responsibilities in administration or with a clinical role (training as a Health Care Assistant)
**Main duties of the job**
- Signposting and liaising with patients
- Keeping the flow of information moving throughout the Practice
- General office tasks such as data entry, repeat prescriptions
- Provide assistance to the Admin Manager, and Operations Manager
- Workflow of patient information
- Patient recalls and chronic disease monitoring

Eastwick Park Medical Practice is a friendly, forward thinking practice consisting of 2 GP partners, who are supported by a strong team of salaried GP's, Advanced Nurse Practitioners Practice Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants and an excellent admin and reception team. We are training practice with trainee GP’s, Nurses and medical students
