**Base Salary**: £23K - £25K (+ OTE £27K - £29K)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telemarketer to join our sales team in Preston, Lancashire. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base through proactive outbound calls. You will be responsible for promoting our extensive range of workwear and PPE products to potential customers worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of a global company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our workwear and PPE products.
- Engage in effective sales conversations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and organise product sample packages to be sent to prospects.
- Identify customer needs, answer queries, and provide product information.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and industry trends.
- Utilize CRM systems to document and track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and share market feedback.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales role, preferably in the workwear or PPE industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product details and benefits.
- Familiarity with CRM software and experience in maintaining accurate sales records.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
