**We Are Aspire Limited are looking for an Onboarding Executive to support the growth and success of the Gumtree, Motors.co.uk & eBay Motors Group.**

Through our brand, eBay Motors Group (eMG), we help car dealers reach millions of in-market car buyers across Motors.co.uk, Gumtree Motors as well as our network of partner sites that includes eBay Motors. eBay Motors Group provides dealers of all sizes with a simple and cost-effective way to advertise their vehicles on multiple sites to ensure they maximise their visibility at every stage of the car buying journey.

**The role in a nutshell**:
You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients to ensure that as a business we’re maximising the potential of the advertising package they have signed up to. This is a fast-paced role where you will be looking after multiple accounts and engaging with clients on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Welcoming** new B2C accounts to the eBay Motors Group platform and Introducing customers to their advertising package
- **Ensuring** new clients have the necessary information and technical support to get advertising live in line with internal SLA’s
- **Resolving** and escalating any technical issues within a timely manner and ensure the next steps are communicated to the customer
- **Develop** an in-depth knowledge of all internal administrative & operational systems
- **Owning** the end to end onboarding process including, outbound and inbound calls, case management, feed set up and sales support
- **CRM** Management
- **Communicating** advertising recommendations and best practices to ensure clients maximise their advertising campaigns to deliver customer response
- **Supporting** the sales teams to help reach commercial objectives
- **Liaising **Internally and escalating accounts and customer feedback where necessary.
- **Scheduling** customer call backs and reviewing customer adverts to feedback advertising performance

After the clients’ first month on the site, they will be assigned to an Account Manager by which point they will be fully accustomed with the site and benefiting from their positive relationship with eBay Motors Group.
