**Working hours: 8:30-17:00**

**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:

- Assisting the China eCommerce team with all sales and operations activity for the successful day to day running of the flagship stores.
- Help to prepare for monthly promotional sales events (i.e.Double11) and associated administrative tasks (e.g. order processing, checking stock availability)
- Reviewing of sales events pages and product information to ensure visual appeal and accuracy
- Attending weekly meetings with the agency (and eCommerce platforms, TMALL and JD as required)
- Any other sales administration tasks as required
- Main point of contact within the team for internal queries from the Logistics team and warehouses: on forecasting for sales events, stock and order management as well as processing of B2C orders
- Monitoring the stock reserves, monthly core line reserves, fast-moving lines and new product launch stock availability
- Collaborating with the external agency to ensure accuracy of stock level on our stores
- Providing assistance to the China eCommerce Assistant Manager in the logistic arrangement of replenishment in our warehouse
- Liaising with our external agency to ensure their Design Team meets brand standards
- Managing new product launches with the external agency and the Content Team to ensure the new collection is launched according to schedule
- Coordinating the preparation of product shots and description on the set-up of new product listings
- Arranging the Chinese translation of product descriptions with an external agency, reviewing the contract and proofreading the final translations to ensure accuracy
- Assisting the eComm and Marketing teams in liaising with the digital marketing agency for the preparation of the monthly social media plan
- Any associated administrative work required to ensure the smooth implementation of the digital marketing plan

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Solid experience in similar role in the China eCommerce sector
