**Job title: Mandarin Speaking Trainee Assistant to head of sales**

With offices in Marylebone W1, London, and Beijing we offer high-level Chinese investors professional advice and assistance on investing in the UK. With particular expertise in London residential housing, we work with the UK’s largest developer to offer real estate sale and investment to China’s leading investors, entrepreneurs and individuals.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn the business and work alongside one of the most successful sales directors and teams in London. If you want to transfer to sales or customer management this is a huge opportunity to get training with the best.

Your role will include:

- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making viewing arrangements.
- Preparing material and documents for clients.
- Helping the after sales client service.
- Shadowing viewings if needed.
- Posting property listings.
- Assisting with closing processes, like collecting AML etc, chasing for reservation fee and reservation form.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Our requirements:

- High school diploma/GED.
- Degree educated preferred.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
