About the role
We are seeking to appointment an organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to the Registration Service in Cambridge and Ely.

What will you be doing?
The primary function is to offer administrative and reception support in the Register Office in Cambridge with some days to be spent supporting the service in Ely Registration Office.

About you
Applicants will be able to demonstrate an organised and efficient approach to work and be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines. You will have fully proficient working knowledge of using IT packages (including MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel) and also be expected to contribute positively to the effective running of the Registration Support team. An understanding of the requirement for confidentiality is essential as are good communication skills, with practical experience of working directly with customers where spoken English is not their first language.
