This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a wide range of areas such as; cyber security, organisational strategy, grant claims, financial systems and health and safety and develop skills in analytical review, professional scepticism, risk management and communication. Consultancy based opportunities will also be provided in public and private sector organisations.

**Main duties and Responsibilities**

Delivering our internal audit service
- Initial responsibilities will include carrying out internal audit testing in a wide range of areas through analysing and evaluating evidence provided in documentation and reports, client systems and discussions with client representatives.
- As experience develops responsibilities will encompass undertaking other aspects of the internal audit process including
- Drafting terms of reference for individual engagements.
- Discussing and agreeing findings with clients.
- Drafting internal audit reports for review by the Director.

**Essential Criteria**
- Educated to Degree level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Inquisitive, Ambitious, insightful, and willing to learn.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and work within set deadlines
