**Food Safety Auditor**

Our client, a leading production company in Co. Tyrone, are in search of a **Food Safety Auditor** to join their highly
- established team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Completing internal audits across the company’s sites
- Developing audit schedules
- Creating and maintaining audits against customer and third-party standards
- Identifying compliance and non
- compliance in regard to Food Safety and Quality Standards and reporting any non
- conformances
- Maintaining records of inspections and audits and enforcing actions to ensure food safety standards are met
- Performing audits in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Developing auditing reports to senior management
- Developing KPIs to senior management

**Essential Criteria**:

- Educated to a Degree Level/ Equivalent in a Food Science or related discipline
- Proven previous experience of working in a fast
- paced manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of UK retailer and QSR standards
- Experience of carrying out internal audits
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Full driving license with ability to travel to other sites
