The Trade Counter Supervisor

**Role Summary**

The opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and knowledgeable team at the Betts trade counter. You will be a key member of the team who will assist in the day-to-day efficient running of the Betts Metals Trade Counter. This is a varied and often fast paced role, assisting customers looking for products ranging from bullion and wedding rings, right through to Jewellery tools and equipment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Serving customers in the Betts Trade counter, completing administration, and processing of orders
- Providing customers with advice and information on the entire Betts product range
- Preparation of all internet and telephone orders for dispatch.
- Assist in the booking in of product deliveries.
- Occasional assistance with stock control duties

**Skills and Experience**
- An understanding and a proven track record in the ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Computer literate
- Enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation
- Outgoing and friendly
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexible attitude
- Good team player
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Experience of the Jewellery industry would be advantageous but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
