CT1 2SD - Canterbury city centre

9am-5pm Monday-Friday - £22,500

Office based administration and customer service (Hybrid after probation of 6 months)

Working for a growing Healthcare organisation this role is available immediately. Lots of progression available so an ambitious, keen learner is required.

Supporting a team of healthcare professionals you will be responsible for the full coordination of their diary's and management of the service contract

You will schedule, book and confirm appointments for vaccinations
- coordinating around 16 appointments per day

Report formatting and sending to patients - excellent attention to detail required - Strong Grammar and accuracy is key

Utilising 3 different systems you will be working in a paperless environment

Liaison with Nurses, Doctors and Healthcare professionals

Skills required for this administration and customer service role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Organisation and multi-tasking
- Great customer service skills gained from within an office based environment
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
