I am recruiting for a Process Improvement and Governance Specialist for a Financial Services organisation based in Chorley. This is a brand new, exciting role for the organisation. This role will report directly to the Head of Operations and sit within their successful Savings Team.

The purpose of this role is to streamline and improve processes and procedures within the Savings Team of 15 Savings SME’s. My client is looking for someone with Financial Services experience who can look at all current processes and procedures within the Savings Team and look for areas of continuous improvement and create new documentation for processes moving forwards.

The ideal person will be very organised, excellent at building internal relationships and partnerships and a “do-er”. This role is very varied and would suit someone who is looking to work for an organisation looking to make a difference to its customers.

Thsi role will be a mixture of office and home working.
