**Fixed term permanent contract - rolling - 12 months**

**Contract is working with residents of housing areas**

**Based Manchester - office and visiting sites (Pool car)**

**Day to Day**
- To keep all Tenants fully informed and manage there expectations on when the work there home is going to happen, during and to resolve and build good rapport and trust.

To keep the site manager in the loop with any serious problems arising.
- To prepare a report every week for the Site of events occurring / affecting Tenants. This report is to include: All complaints or problems encountered and how they have been remedied.
- Community awareness i.e. Newsletters / safety competitions etc.
- To provide Handover Packs and instruct on new installations.
- Respond courteously and promptly to all customer queries and complaints and ensure a copy is sent to the Site Manager.

**Skills Required**:

- High level of computer literacy in MS Office, (Word - Intermediate, Excel - Intermediate, Outlook - Intermediate)
- Good level of numeracy
- Strong presentation skills Good influencing skills
- Report writing
- Knowledge of partnering
- Hold a full clean driving license
- Ability to pass a Enhanced DBS check

**Experience**

RLO experience - essential

**On Offer**

On offer is a salary of £27,350 and benefits package, which includes;
- 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays)
- Life Cover equivalent to 1 times annual salary
