We support clients who meet the criteria for a personality disorder by providing a range of NICE recommended therapies. We are a newly formed team committed to working in a trauma informed manner and providing support to clients to achieve their goals and outcomes. We also provide education and support to our wider professional colleagues.

Experience of Structured Clinical Management, DBT or MBT is advantageous however, not required as full training will be provided.

This role will be focused on supporting patients in the East Complex Needs Service. The post holder will be expected to work autonomously within a multi disciplinary framework, providing training and staff development, specialist assessment, clinical support and time limited intervention to service users. The post holder will act as a source of expertise and point of contact within the team and demonstrate highly specialised communication skills and problem solving abilities when prioritising risk.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
