About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the NHS as a Clinical Effectiveness and Patient Safety Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of patient safety and clinical effectiveness within the Trust. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that patient safety thinking is embedded throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical audit and patient safety, with experience in implementing changes to practice and policy. They will also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and deliver to deadlines.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
