RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATOR - Excellent knowledge of IT advantageous

Our Public Sector client are looking for someone to join their friendly team on a full-time basis.

You must be a people-person, with a cheery disposition and someone who strives to deliver excellent customer service to be considered for this role.

**Buildings and facilities role**:

- Ordering stationery,
- Reporting building jobs to external contractors.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems (PC set up etc)
- Proficient in Problem solve/Triage IT issues (office and in court) to helpdesk
- Health and Safety knowledge
- Deal with general building queries
- General Office Admin
- Organise the carpark and a weekly basis

**ONSITE LOCATION**: Penrith

**FULL-TIME HOURS**: Monday -Friday flexible to start 0830 - 0900 until 1700 (37 hours)

**CONTRACT LENGTH**: Currently until end of June 2023 with the possibility of extension

**HOURLY PAY RATE**: £11.03p/h
