**The Customer Relationship Advisor opportunity is a fixed term contract for 12 months**
**About the role**
You’ll be a vital part of LRQA’s service delivery team. Every day, we send dozens of trained Auditors to client sites to carry out audits, ensuring everything is working safely.
Put simply, your job is to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Sounds simple, right? Until you factor in that we have hundreds of UK clients spanning every sector. Offices. Shops. Industrial sites. From small operators to huge global businesses. It takes a huge amount of complex planning to meet their ever-changing needs - and you’ll sit right at the heart of it.
There will be days when it’s like playing high-speed Tetris but, get it right, and you’ll be the most popular person in the room. Maybe you swapped a couple of jobs so the assessor didn’t have to get up at 5am. Or you fixed it for a tricky client to see their favourite assessor. Ultimately, you’re a key part of a tight-knit team who are all focused on the same goal - when the going gets tough, you’ll never be short of support (or tea*)

Planning will form the primary duties of the job role but it will not be limited to just that, you will handle a variety of complex queries through the complete lifecycle of the client during their time with LRQA giving you the ability to grow and sharpen your skills.
**What you’ll bring**
