The client is a Insurance specialist dealing with repairs to commercial and residential properties across London and the South East. The Claims Handler roles manages cases to ensure all claims are supported from instruction to completion.

**The Role**:

- Communicate with the internal team, external contractors and policy holders
- Run daily reports to ensure "works" are updated
- Analyse schedule of works to identify what is required
- Book-in works, skips, licences, permits
- Complete paperwork
- Record, monitor and update all internal and external client systems
- Ensure ongoing works are progressing

**Person Spec**
- Excellent Customer Service
- Good IT skills
- Ability to manage data
- Organisation & prioritisation
- Ability to work with deadlines

**Other**

Salary £24,000.00 - £26,000.00

25 Days Holiday (plus Statutory Holidays) + birthday
