Job Purpose:
The role of the Leisure Sales Co-Ordinator is to be responsible for the administrative support strategy of the Group Leisure Account Management team This is a full time role office based and Hybrid days as part of the role.
They are responsible for the production of key reports from the Group Leisure Account Management team, and will be responsible for meeting and setting of administrative processes and procedures for the effective support of key personnel in the team.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Recording statistics, client productivity and producing monthly reports for senior management team.
Preparing agent contracts.
Maintaining central records of all allocation and Group Series.
Maintaining a central record of all Leisure Agent Contracts.
Maintaining agent Database's for different market segments for Leisure Agents.
Adding agents to, and maintaining back office of T'op Rate.
Collating and distributing special offers; liaising with RM's, database, and updating master contracts
Booking and administration of Leisure Tradeshows and Workshops.
Booking agent accommodation requests, familiarisation visits & show rounds.
Sending out Freesale charts.
Processing Credit Applications from Leisure Agents.
Qualifying new Leisure Agents for business potential.
Assisting the Leisure Sales Account Managers to managing the options for GSS business.
Assisting CCC and SCC with any issues regarding Leisure Accounts.
Sending images of hotels to agents.
Forecasting and analysing data against budgets on a weekly/monthly basis.
To ensure a full and up to date working knowledge of all Leonardo Hotel Group products and their competitors is maintained.
All other reasonable requests from Leonardo Hotels.
What we expect from you:
Essential:
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
Logical and mathematical skills.
Preferable:
Knowledge of Opera
Understanding of market sectors within hotels.
Understanding of Revenue Management in hotels.
Understanding of Inbound and Domestic Tourism.
Understanding of how Tour Operators and Wholesalers conduct business.
Understanding of FIT, Group, Group Series Market Segments and Online Travel Agents.
