Job description
As Senior HR Administrator you will work in a unique environment collaborating with the HR Manager and HR Advisor in order to provide a comprehensive and professional Human Resources service to the Diocese of Liverpool and Liverpool Cathedral
The role requires you to
- act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, internally and externally, providing an efficient and effective administrative support across the HR function and this will include recruitment, induction, training, wellbeing and culture and staff development.
- be involved with all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, taking a lead on ensuring that all administrative aspects of recruitment, on boarding, inductions, probations, performance management and exit interviews are dealt with in a timely manner, within best practice and policy and procedures.
