We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to work within Sales Admin team, assisting the Sales Admin Manager. You will assist in all sales related administration, supporting the sales function to ensure products and services meet customer requirements and all internal and external related administration and communications are optimised. You will join a growing team at our head office, based at Rotherwas, Hereford.

**Main Duties**

To be a point of call for all sales related enquiries and queries. To support the sales function and ensure products and services meet customer requirements, ensuring that customer service experience provided to customers during the sales process is outstanding.

To carry out following:

- To work flexibly within the team in order to ensure that the admin function maintains an excellent support to the sales function and business as a whole.
- Liaising with BDM's and Sales Admin Manager to ensure Customer Service levels are maintained (e.g. ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion, updating customers on delayed orders etc).
- Input orders in to the company system to collate and prepare various documents.
- To provide the occasional word processing facility for the correspondence and other documentation.
- Answering calls in a pleasant and efficient manner and to project a professional and friendly image to customers, suppliers and visitors.
- Opportunity to attend external events such as Trade shows.

**Salary**: £8.50-£11.00 per hour

- Hereford, HR2 6JL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales, Retail & Customer Support Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
