Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries and processing orders

Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activity using speciallised software

Create and modify artwork for signage projects using Adobe Creative Suite

Prepare quotes and proposals for clients using specialised software

Liaise with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of projects

Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with signage industry practices and materials preferred

**Personal Characteristics**
- Our industry varies widely and includes working with a vast number of materials.

(Wallpapers, window graphics, large format, exhibition, fascia signage, built up and illuminated lettering) so willingness and flexibility to learn are crucial.
