Crew Accommodations Trainer

The Crew Accommodations Trainer will provide complete training to the team, share the expertise and help and motivate employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. He/she will be an experienced educator and have abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of their field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that a Trainer must possess.
The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with the Operations Manager and team to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions and packages etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Keep attendance and other records
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
**Requirements and skills**:
- Proven experience in training
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new programmes and new techniques in teaching
- Proficient in all MS Office package; e-learning software is an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Available to work mixed patterns including late evenings and possible weekends on 5 on 2 Off rotation
