**Marketing Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Brand update - working with the external marketing consultant to help roll out the brand’s exciting new bold messaging.

- SEO - helping improve the brand’s rankings across key terms, developing blogs & other content to improve discoverability & create a resource bank for customers.
- PR & outreach - supporting the team in PR activity to increase coverage, listings and profile both online and in print publications.
- Photography & content - creating & sourcing images & resources to support marketing & comms activity, helping manage photoshoots, content calendar & asset library.
- Analytics & reporting - using a range of tools to help us monitor & evaluate performance & guide future activity & resourcing.

**Qualifications**:

- Interest in sustainable fashion and commitment to making a positive impact.
- Solid marketing experience, preferably in a digital environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, proactive team.
