Job Overview

As a key member of the Intuitive Marketing team, the Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Support
    • Assist in coordinating and organizing customer events, including logistics, speaker agreements, and compliance.
    • Provide support for tradeshows and other marketing events as needed.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Communications
    • Serve as a project coordinator for customer-facing marketing projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
    • Coordinate direct customer communications through digital channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
    • Initiate and manage the content creation process, including regionalizing marketing materials for the UK and Ireland markets.
    • Collaborate with branding and design teams to ensure alignment with company standards.
    • Manage the content submission process through the Content Management System, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks using project tracking systems and databases to maintain high-quality collaboration within the EU Marketing team and US global creative team.
    • Work with commercial and regional marketing teams to develop and execute customer training events, including presentation communications and logistics.
    • Prepare and send speaker fees agreements and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
    • Coordinate customer surveys, leads, and contacts to create accurate records within the CRM system and email marketing database.
