It is essential that you have previous HR/recruitment experience, particularly managing high volume recruitment campaigns. You will be challenged with providing an excellent administrative service whilst maintaining a customer focused approach when dealing with managers and prospective employees.

As an experienced Recruitment Officer with a proven track record of providing service and developing strong relationships, whilst utilising your skills in planning and prioritising your work load, handling difficult situations, meeting deadlines and ensuring the provision of an efficient service will be key to your success in the role.
