**Hours** - 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
**Location** - Portsmouth
**Hourly rate** - £9.50
**Start date** - Immediate

My client who are a leading electronics recycling company are looking for an administrator with excellent customer service skills to join the team. Your role will be predominantly administration but there will be an aspect of Customer Service - especially regarding post sales and client relationship management.

**The role**

You will be supporting the team with general admin duties to include the following:

- Administration
- General enquiries
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Packing parcels for ebay or Amazon sales
- Provide after-sales service support to customers
- Managing online customer orders and queries

**Skills & Requirements**
- Basic computer skills, any additional knowledge of MsWord / Excel would be appreciated
- Good team player
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Driven and eager to learn
- Looking to grow and develop with a company
- Enthusiastic
- Flexible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
