Job Overview

The aim of the role of Office Administrator is to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the office operation, by ensuring all procedures are delivered to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities will include**:
**Front Office Operations**
- Effectively manage and organize the Office Diary
- General administration support according to office requirements
- Assist with the worker's onboarding process
- Manage travel & accommodation arrangements
- Co-ordination and interfacing with service providers
- Support site leadership personnel
- Scheduling & coordinating meetings
- Produce, update, and manage high-quality documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Maintain various records/information systems, i.e personal files, company benefits, pension scheme
- Work closely with other departments
- Responsible for office upkeep/maintenance

**Accounting**
- Petty Cash Management
- Expense reimbursement to employees
- Daily living allowance allocation to workers
- Provide financial information as required by the Head of Office, and maintain office budgets
- Collate staffs’ weekly timesheet & reconcile against customer clocking data

**Procurement**
- Source for quotations
- Ordering consumable stock and overseeing cost control

**General Responsibilities**
- Promote equality, health, and safety, etc. within the company
- Promote the company’s values across the site
- Contribute to projects when required
- Undertake other duties as and when required

**Experience and skills**
- Ability to demonstrate experience working in a similar role; coming from an Engineering or Construction background would be of benefit. (or Experience of working in a busy environment)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work as a part of a team and support ongoing activities as well as the ability to work independently and show initiative
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills across MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel

Hours of work
- 40 hours per week inclusive of ½ hour daily lunchbreak
- £26,500 Per Annum (Pro Rata)
- 25 Days holiday, plus E&W Bank Holidays

Work Location: In person

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
