Sales Coordinator

**About The Role**:

- We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Gemini House, Wooburn Green, to provide a full and professional sales administration service to the Sales Department.- The role holder will be responsible for maintaining the system database, reservations, exchanges, legal completion dates and completion paperwork/incentives. You will receive reservations from Sales Advisors to progress on Salesforce and instruct solicitors to issue contracts. progressing the reservation through to legal completion and issuing statement of sale. The role holder will also be responsible for managing all relevant part-exchange processes.**About You**:

- High level of proficiency in various computer packages including MS Office Products - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Reliable and flexible
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Attention to detail
- Ability to act on own initiative and make decisions, willing to take on new responsibilities
- Ability to show a high level of confidentiality
- Effective at building relationships
- Portray a positive image of self and Cala at all times

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
- Experience dealing with Solicitors and Estate Agents would be beneficial
