Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients and vendors
- Utilize computerized systems for record-keeping and information retrieval
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Google Suite - any experience with accounts packages ideal not essential
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £15,262.20-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
