We are now looking for a Product Owner to own and manage a Technical set of product sets within the Groups product portfolio, from ideation through to launch and ongoing management, continually maximising the value from the product.

What you will be doing:
The role holder will be responsible for understanding the business' technological capabilities and driving the technological innovation in order to enhance the customer experience, while delivering against business objectives. The role holder will work hand in hand with business sponsors, project managers, business analysts, IT and key stakeholders/work streams leads, process owners & developers internally and externally
- ultimately helping to ensuring successful business outcomes through change & enabling OSB to meet strategic and operational objectives from a Commercial and business perspective.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Owning and managing the mortgages product portfolio, from ideation through to launch and ongoing management.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of mortgages products and features.
- Monitoring and analysing product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and take action to continuously enhance our customers' experience and drive business growth.

- Previous experience working as a Technical Product Owner/Lead for IT development projects is essential
- Previous experience in developing and implementing Cloud technologies is essential
