National Endoscopy Programme Lead

o Lead on the development and delivery, in collaboration with key stakeholders, of the national programme plan for recovering and sustaining Endoscopy services in NHS Wales. Monitor implementation and advise on detailed work stream plans to support delivery of the project. o Lead for the development and maintenance of all aspects of programme management, including risk and issue management, benefits realisation, supporting transformational change, through deployment of programme/project management methods and the line management of a programme team. o Line manage the National Endoscopy Team to provide support to the programme, including leadership and project management support.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
