**Job Description - Admin Assistant to the CEO team**

**Objective**

The Admin Assistant’s overarching duty will be to support and back up the EA to the CEO, the CEO and the Marketing Manager, in an efficient and flexible manner based on business needs.

**Reporting to**

Asher Moses, CEO

**Role Specification**

Administrative Duties:

- Assist CEO team on all day to day tasks
- Answering phones on Natterbox (training provided)
- Reports/ pulling data for CEO team
- Query resolution
- Accompanying / driving CEO to meetings around London
- Note taking at meetings and passing information to CEO's EA to follow on
- Help collating CEO’s Expenses for EA
- Maintaining Files and Folder structures in the CEO’s office
- Assist EA on social media / Linked In for CEO and Sherbet London
- Accompany EA on all photoshoots for CEO and Sherbet London
- Assist on high level Marketing for CEO and Sherbet London
- Help on maintaining / amending company website where necessary
- Any other duties as required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

Quality Control:

- Proof reading communications before being published
- Escalate identified issues with CEO

Health & Safety:

- Working safely, ensuring reasonable precautions are taken in accordance with the Company Health & Safety Manual, policies and procedures.
- Report any Health & Safety Issues immediately to Line Manager

**Skills Required**:

- A self-starter who uses initiative and has a can do attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the role
- Highly trustworthy
- Flexible and able to change plans depending on business need
- Time management skills - you will need to possess excellent time management and organisational skills to be able to deal with a multitude of tasks and a range of priorities, and be able to finish tasks without prompting
- Has absolute discretion and ability to work with confidential information
- Used to a very fast paced business and have the ability to jump between many projects

**Systems used**:

- Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and Instagram experience preferred
- Canva / Photoshop experience preferred
- Wordpress experience preferred
- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) experience preferred
- Natterbox experience preferred but not essential, full training will be provided
- Salesforce experience preferred but not essential, full training will be provided

**Location & Hours of Work**:

- Based in Elstree with regular travel between the other business sites as required
- Limited business travel, including any overseas travel, will be notified in advance
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with a degree of flexibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
