We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant or an Apprentice to join our highly successful Accountancy Practice in Borehamwood on either full-time or part-time (Mon-Fri) basis. Working alongside our Receptionist, you will assist with coveringthe reception, sorting out incoming and outgoing post, as well as answering and directing phone calls. Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Act as the point of contact and provide general support for internal and external clients
- Maintaining general tidiness, cleanliness & replenishment of meeting room supplies of meeting rooms and general areas.At present across three different sites,
- Arranging and processing tracked and special deliveries & organising couriers
- Organise and schedule appointments/meetings
- Photocopying, scanning and printing duties, electronic filing
- Order office/kitchen supplies and milk, ensuring sufficient stock of supplies in each kitchen each day, Research new deals and suppliers.
- Liaise with senior and executive management to handle requests and queries
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by Manager

**About you**
This is an entry level role and does not require any previous experience.You will be welcoming in nature, approachable and eager to help anyone who approaches the firm.You will also have/be:

- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Accurate keyboard skills, both written and numerical
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at different levels
- Competent using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Great attention to detail, resourceful problem-solving skills with a good degree of initiative
- Have an organised approach to your work and ideally have experience in working to strict deadlines
- Be comfortable in administering repetitive tasks on some occasions, although we will make every effort to vary your workload
