We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern is 09.00-17.00.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretariat Administration Officer to join our team at Board HQ.
This is an excellent position for an ambitious and driven individual, and will include governance, policy and administrative duties.
This experience will offer the post holder exposure to the wider Board business, as well as the opportunity to build good working relationships and network with the Senior Management Team.
It is essential that the post holder has a ‘can do’ attitude, has excellent communication skills, the ability to organise and forward plan as well as demonstrate the ability to build good working relationships with senior colleagues.
We are an organisation that encourages personal growth and development and the post sits within a friendly and supportive team.
The post will be hybrid, with 3 days based in the office at JB Russell House (a Tuesday is mandatory).
