Start Date: Immediate Start
Location: Fareham, Southampton
**Salary**: £22500 to £25,000 per annum. Plus, fantastic commission, £60K OTE and great career opportunities
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic telecoms business based in Hampshire who due to new successes are looking to expand their already gained sales team.
As a Sales Executive you will focus on a specialist client base and make calls out to consult customers on available products and opportunities. From this you will look to offer products and services which in term will save them money and close the sales opportunity
As a BtoB sales executive you will
- Make outbound calls, calling new prospect data.
- You will look to build instant relationships and trust and offer a consultative approach when speaking with the customers
- Provide advice and look to offer products and services that will benefit their business
- You will overcome objections and close sales opportunities whilst working to targets
- Will negotiate where needed
- Convert new opportunities with small businesses.
- Provide excellent customer services
- Complete administration
You do not need to have a previous background of working within a sales position as this business have fantastic trainers and providing that you are ambitious, driven, money motivated and professional they can train you to be a fantastic salesperson
- Previous experience of working within sales however is advantageous
- You will have excellent customer services skills
- Have good negotiation and influencing skills
- Be determined to succeed
