**Summary**

Baxter, Thetford are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the compounding team. You will work closely with Quality, Production & the planning team operating within Thetford’s Compounding Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service experience to join a team who truly make a difference.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Customer liaison -handling internal and external calls
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers -gaining their trust and respect
- Processing of orders received via multiple systems
- Prioritisation of different order types
- Accurate data entry in multiple systems (JDE/Merlin)
- Assisting with the planning of the production staffs workload
- Invoicing customer orders
- investigate invoice disputes/raise credits
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of new codes
- Filing and archiving of quality records and batch paperwork
- Product Complaints logged and reported to Quality Manager
- Logging and investigation of Service Complaints
- Adherence to Customer SLA’s / failures reported to Customer Services Manager.
- Able to act with a sense of urgency - acting with the patients /customers in mind
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Obtain first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and services
- Operate in line with Baxter Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety(EHS) policy

**Qualifications**
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced admin/planning/supply chain role
- IT Literate including Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner with all members of the unit
- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Ability to understand the customer needs and balance against the business requirements
- Excellent attendance and punctuality history
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Experience in a fast paced, challenging customer service role
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure, in a team or alone
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Experience planning and managing daily workload
- Excellent problem solving skills
