This is a part time, permanent role, working for an established Bingley business.

You'll be supporting the National Account Manager (NAM) in the management of customer accounts, development of profitable business with existing customers and assist in identifying new business opportunities, providing a reliable, high quality service, in accordance with agreed procedures.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To assist in maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- To accurately maintain all customer account records and internal product information.
- To support the NAM with the administration of range reviews, customer including costmasters and product presentations.
- To co-ordinate the ordering of product samples.
- To liaise with all departments to ensure customers requirements are achieved internally.
- Effectively communicate with other departmental teams, building positive working relationships and ensure relevant information is accurate and accessible.
- To communicate confidently with existing and potential customers in an efficient professional manner regarding product, ranges and sales orders.
- To carry out any other administrative support within the department when necessary
- Expected to seek self-development to consistently improve upon a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and the different qualities Primeur offer.
- To manage individual workload through effective planning and organising of tasks to ensure all targets and deadlines are met and to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered to all users.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED**:

- A confident communicator, able to communicate at all levels
- Ability to manage and prioritise individual workload through effective planning
- A Self-starter sufficiently motivated to work on their own initiative without needing direction.
- Confident in analysing information and figures.
- Ability to take detailed notes in meetings
- Good trend and brand awareness
- A creative flair is desirable
- An active listener with an ability to develop trusting relationships with people.
- An experienced administrator with good attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workloads under changing deadline pressure.

Part time hours. 16-20 hours per week - ideally across Weds/Thurs/Fri but some flex on this (Ideally the Friday needs cover)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
